Our on-demand courses (online and mp3) for New York do not qualify for New York transitional credits.  Newly admitted attorneys in New York have a special requirement during their first two years that they are admitted to the bar.  They must complete at least sixteen transitional CLE hours per year in the three categories of:  Ethics & Professionalism, Skills, and Law Practice Management and/or Areas of Professional Practice.  All of these must be fulfilled live, in-person, unless special permission has been granted by the New York State Bar.

Go here to view the requirements for newly admitted attorneys as they are listed on the NY State Bar Website: http://www.courts.state.ny.us/attorneys/cle/newattorney_faqs.shtml#s1_q3

We do have live events, normally held in Lower Manhattan, that will satisfy the requirements necessary for newly admitted attorneys.  To see our current schedule of live events, go here:  Lawline.com Live CLE Events
