These issues happen once in a while, let's see how we can fix them.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
1. Try to run a connection test. Many times security settings on your computer will impede the communication between your computer and our servers. To the left of the video you will see a tab that read "connection test". Click that tab. There will be some instructions on in this tab but more importantly you will see a button that read "start connection test". Click this button
You will see many lines appear as the test in being conducted. Once the test is complete each line should read "success". If any of the lines read "Failed" this means your communication with our server is being block by your security settings. Please refer to the image below to find the connection test tab:
2. Determine your connection speed. You can do this by visiting www.speedtest.net. In the center of this page you will see a button that reads "Begin Test" click this button. You will see a speedometer on your screen measure your speed. The most important of these results will be the download speed. The download speed should be at least 15 Mbps (Megabits per second). If your connection is below this speed you will need to contact your Internet service provider. Please refer to the image below to find the begin test button:
3. Use Chrome Browser - If all else fails, try a new browser. Sometimes internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox may have bugs. I personally have used Google Chrome ( free Browser available to download) and it is VERY easy to use and has no problems at all. Also it is much faster than Internet Explorer To download, CLICK HERE
