You can find courses two different ways.  You can look through categories or look through courses. 

First way is to look through the Categories:

-The categories are listed alphabetically, just go done the list and find one you like or you can start typing the category in the filter results.

-Click on the category you like. A list of courses will show up you can click on the course you want to watch

-Click the play button on the video and it will play

Second way is to look through courses:

- Click the courses button located on the top of the screen

- You can search through the courses alphabetically or use the filter results by typing in the title or key words

- Click the courses you want to watch or listen to

- Click the play button on the play button and it will start
