Every customer that completes a course will receive a certificate of completion for that course. The certificate will contain the information that you need to report that course to your state bar.
Every certificate states the following the course title, what time and day it was completed, how many credits it worth, what state you got credit for, lawline.com information, a place for your bar number, and signature.
Some certificates will contain a course ID number. The course ID number is located towards the bottom of the certificate and will have your state listed with the ID number. This is used for certain states that require a course ID number in order for them to report the course to their state bar.
