You can easily edit, replace, and/or remove your billing information from your account.
Once logged in, navigate to the Me menu located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You will then select Billing.
Under Subscription, you will see the type of subscription you have, the status of it, the date you joined and the expiration date. You will also find the option to upgrade or cancel your automatic-renewal. You can do this by selecting the blue ‘Upgrade to Auto Renew’ button or ‘Cancel Auto Renew.’
Under Billing Information, you will be able to update your billing details. To add or edit your payment information, select the button that says ‘Add’ (or edit) to the right of the page. You can also do the same to add or edit your billing address.
Update Expiration Date on Saved Credit Card
To update the expiration date for an existing credit card, click the "Edit" button. Enter the new month and year and click "Update" to save.
Replace Saved Credit Card
To replace your existing credit card with a new credit card, click the "Replace" button. Enter your new credit card information and click "Replace Card" to confirm changes.
Update Billing Address
To update the billing address for your payment information, click the "Edit" button in the billing address section. Enter your address information and click "Update Billing Information" to save changes.
*Note: You cannot remove your billing information if you have an active automatically renewing subscription.
You will also see the option to view how many store credits are in your account under Billing Information.
Payment History and Invoices
The last portion of the Billing section will be where you can view and print any of your receipts from past orders. You can do this by selecting either option located to the right of the receipt.
