National Advocates Group
For the National Advocates Group, which encompasses 3 associations (National Advocates Association, National Trial Lawyers Association, and Black Trial Lawyers Association) we have a partnership where we agree to provide one free ethics course per attorney member of their organization.
How does it work?
Each of these associations has links to a few current courses that include a free discount code so attorneys can use that to access the course. See the links that are provided below for each organization.
If an attorney who is a member needs access to a different ethics course, we should add that course to the appropriate discount code and share the new link.
For example if the code is NADV_FreeCLE, go to https://admin.lawline.com/#/discount-search and search by the code. In the Products tab, add the course by clicking Add Product and searching by name of the course. Once added, add the code to the end of the course URL and send to the user (https://www.lawline.com/course/the-ethics-of-listening-and-not-listening-to-your-clients/NADV_FreeCLE)
Limitations: An attorney should only get one course as a member. We should not offer any ethics course, rather stick to the current default courses and ONLY if the credit state needed by the attorney is not available in any of the courses should a different course be offered.
