1. Verify your license number is correct on your account. To do this, log in to your account and click the 'Me' button in the top right corner of your page and then select 'View Profile'. Scroll down to 'Admitted Jurisdictions' and verify your state license number to make sure it's correct.
If you need to make an update, click the pencil icon to edit and save changes.
2. Go to your My Learning to confirm you completed the missing courses with Lawline. You can access your My Learning by clicking the 'Me' menu on the right and selecting 'My Courses' on the drop-down:
You can also access your My Learning by clicking the 'Me' menu on the right and selecting 'My Learning' on the drop-down.
Once you are in your My Learning, click the 'Completed' tab to access the completed courses.
3. After confirming the courses' completions, please reach out to Customer Support and let us know your CLE state, the names of the courses, and dates they were completed. We will look into the issue for you!
