Upon successful completion of a course, attorneys will receive a certificate of completion that can be used to report to a state's accrediting body. Some states require that a certificate of completion is mailed to them, while other states require online entry of information from the certificate.
Every certificate states the following:
- Course title and presenter
- Time and date of completion
- Credit amount
- Credit State
- Lawline.com information
- Your bar number (or a space for it)
- Space for your signature
- Course ID (Depending upon the state).
For more information on the specific reporting process for each state, please take a look at our CLE Requirements page.
