STEPHANIE FREEDMAN – SALES AND SUPPORT OPERATIONS
Stephanie Freedman was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Delaware in the Spring of 2014 with a degree in Human Services. Stephanie started working for Lawline in January 2015 as a Customer Experience Specialist. Her main responsibility is making sure that Lawline customers are happy with the product and enjoy the services that Lawline provide! She truly has a passion for helping people and loves being able to put a smile on others’ faces.

The Man, The Myth The Legend, Graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University Of Common Sense. Full of passion & desire to Learn, Develop, Grow & share in his personal & professional Life. Jay has been in the high profile client retention & business development industry for more than 20 years and enjoys assisting our Lawline clients with any request. Jay joined Lawline Team in 2015 and practices the Lawline Core Values every day. It is a personal challenge to Jay to ensure all of our clients enjoy a stress-free experience while maintaining the highest level of Customer Service. Jay enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and meeting new people.
SARA MCCLORY –CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
"Sky is the limit" is more than just a phrase to Sara McClory but a motto to live by, both in providing customer care and outside the office where she works with her wonderful colleges at Lawline. Graduate from Endicott College with a Masters in Science in Homeland Security studies, she strides to provide the best service possible to customers at all levels of technical abilities. On her off time, she enjoys going to the beach, writing, painting and gaming.
