The "My Account" page is where you can see information about your account. You can view subscription status and expiration date, manage information included in an individual account, update contact information (physical address, email address, phone number and company name), update profile information (state bar numbers and practice areas), update the account password, and view past purchases (individual courses, compliance bundles, curriculum bundles, and subscriptions).
Once logged into Lawline.com, click My Account.
On the Account page, there are 4 Tabs that will allow you to view and edit your information.
The first tab is "My Profile".
Under Membership, you will see your Join Date, Subscription Status, Membership Type Expiration Date, and if you have Auto Renew
Under" Login Information", you can update your email address and password
You can update your email address by clicking the box with your current email, type in your new email address and click Update Email.
Under Contact Information, the address, email address, company name and phone number can be added or adjusted.
NOTE: In order to change the name associated with an individual account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to have a record in writing of your name change request.
Accreditation and Interests
The second tab is "Accreditation & Interests".
Under Your Accreditation, your state bar information can be added or adjusted.
Under “Interest Area” the practice area information can be added or adjusted
Accounting and Billing
The third tab is “Account & Billing.”
Under "Billing Information" you will see whether or not you have a saved credit card in your account (which you can edit and replace).
Under "Store Credits", you will see if you have any credits in your account which can be used to purchase On Demand courses. If you want a Live Webcast please contact our customer support team email@example.com or via telephone at 877-518-0660 so that we can add the course to your account.
Under the "Payment History & Receipts" you can view and print receipts for past purchases of individual courses, compliance bundles, curriculum bundles, and subscriptions.
The fourth tab is My Notifications
Under Email Settings you can opt to get an email when you bar number is blank.
You can uncheck the box to turn off this notification, but note that if you do not update your bar number you may encounter issues and delays in attendance reporting.
