If you were trying to complete an Mp3 course and you received an AJAX error message, it means that your online session timed out. This may happen if you downloaded the Mp3 file and left the website open and idle while you listened to the course in iTunes, Windows Media Player, or on your phone. By the time you came back to the site to try and claim credit, your session timed out.
Not to worry, though! All you have to do is refresh the page and log back into your Lawline account:
On a Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
On a PC: Ctrl + F5
From there, you'll be able to proceed with getting credit for the course!
