Yes, but only up to 2 credits per cycle. Attorneys in Tennessee need to take 7 Live credits per year, and at least 5 of those must be in a traditional, in-person seminar format. The other 2 can be taken as Live Webcasts.

***Temporary Change: Due to the recently declared state of emergency for the Judicial Branch of Tennessee, the TN Supreme Court has issued an order temporarily waiving the 8-hour distance learning CLE limitation for the 2019 and 2020 requirement. Tennessee attorneys can now complete any portion of the 2020 requirement through approved distance learning until December 31, 2020.
