Yes, we do! But in order to do so, we need your North Carolina license number. Make sure this is correct and updated in your account!
Completed CLE credits for North Carolina are reported on the 1st and the 16th of each month, or the closest business day thereafter. Any courses completed in the first half of the month will be reported on the 16th, while any courses completed in the second half of the month will be reported on the 1st of the following month.
Please also note that North Carolina attorneys are required to pay a reporting fee of $3.50 per credit to the North Carolina State Bar. Lawline reports attorneys’ credits to North Carolina, but each attorney is responsible for the aforementioned reporting fee(s).
Please note that while we send your reporting information over to North Carolina on the dates listed above, your credits may not be immediately reflected with the state due to processing times. Please allow for some additional business days for this to be fully reflected. But don't worry! As long as you complete your credits on or before your December 31st deadline, that slight delay in attendance reporting won't impact your CLE compliance.
For a more comprehensive overview of CLE credits and reporting please take a look at our CLE requirements page.
