No, Lawline does not report your CLE credits to North Dakota. Attorneys in North Dakota must certify their compliance on their Report of Compliance by their June 30th deadline.
How To Certify Your Compliance:
For every course that you complete with Lawline, you will receive a certificate of completion. For North Dakota, your certificate(s) of completion will contain the following:
- Course title
- Time and date of completion
- Credit amount
- Credit type
- Course format
- State in which credit was earned
- Space for bar number and attorney signature
- Lawline.com information
