No, Lawline does not report your CLE credits to Vermont. All VT attorneys must certify their compliance by their reporting deadline on July 1st. They can do this by filling out the CLE Compliance Form which is emailed to the attorney.
How To Certify Your Compliance:
For every course that you complete with Lawline, you will receive a certificate of completion. For Vermont, your certificate(s) of completion will contain the following:
- Course title
- Time and date of completion
- Credit amount
- Credit type
- Course format
- State in which credit was earned
- Space for bar number and attorney signature
- Lawline.com information
Using this information, VT attorneys must then certify their compliance on their CLE Compliance Form which is emailed to the attorney.
