No, Lawline does not report your CLE credits to Virginia. Attorneys in Virginia must certify their compliance on their Virginia Member Portal using the ID numbers provided on their certificates of completion.
How to Certify Your Compliance:
For every course that you complete with Lawline, you will receive a certificate of completion. For Virginia, your certificate(s) of completion will contain the following:
- Course title
- Time and date of completion
- Credit amount
- Credit type
- Course ID Number
- Course format
- State in which credit was earned
- Space for bar number and attorney signature
- Lawline.com information
Head to the Virginia website to report your attendance using the information provided on your certificate.
