Currently, Minnesota has no active changes to the CLE requirements in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
MN attorneys may take up to 30 credits of recorded CLE courses for cycles ending in 2021 and later. These courses must be completed in 2021 or later. Courses completed before 2020 are subject to a maximum of 15 recorded credits.
Starting 1/1/24, recorded CLE credits will be unlimited for courses completed in 2024 for reporting periods ending in 2024 or later.
