If you are experiencing an issue with playing an On Demand course, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
2. Are you connected to your work Virtual Private Network (VPN)? If so, the VPN is blocking your access to our video player. We recommend contacting your company's IT support and request that they allow your system to access the Jwplayer and its files.
3. Try switching to another device. You can always test our course center on your phone, tablet, or another computer that's available as long as the other device is not connected to the VPN.
