The embedded code word(s) will play at random points during the audio course for attendance verification purposes. The program will stop and the codeword will be pronounced, spelled out, and repeated again for you to take a note of it. We need this from you in order to confirm that you listened to the whole program.
If you are sure that there were no code words played during your audio course, please contact Customer Support by phone (877) 518-0660 or email support@lawline.com. We won't be able to provide the code words but will investigate the issue and assist with the resolution.
