Illinois has issued an order allowing certain law graduates to engage in the temporary performance of legal services under the supervision of an experienced attorney.
- To determine if you qualify for this program, please see (g)(2) of the released order.
- To apply to participate in this program, you must submit this application to the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts and the Illinois MCLE Board. Full instructions can be found on the application.
All MCLE requirements for the 711(g) program can be completed with Lawline.
- IL Basic Skills Course — must be completed by the end of the second full month after beginning work
- 3 Credits of Approved IL MCLE — must be completed every 90 days while participating in the program
Participants of this program must directly report their compliance to the IL MCLE Board.
