If you are experiencing trouble with your order being processed, follow the steps below:
1. Ensure all information is entered correctly. Make sure there are no mistakes within the credit card information that you submitted, including the number, expiration date, CVV, or billing name and address.
2. Make sure that you have agreed to Lawline's Terms and Conditions. You will need to check this box in order to submit your order. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you will also acknowledge that your subscription is set to automatically renew annually on the anniversary of purchase. If you do not wish for your subscription to automatically renew, you will need to cancel the subscription in the Billing section of your account after purchasing.
3. Contact your bank. If you've confirmed everything is correct in Steps 1 and 2 above and the order still will not go through, contact your bank to make sure nothing is blocking the charge on their end, or try using a different card.
