Does Texas Have A Paralegal CLE Requirement?

Paralegals who are Active and Associate members of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division must complete 6 hours of CLE, including at least one 1 hour in Ethics/Professional Responsibility per compliance year.

Paralegals who are certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in a particular area of law must complete 75 credits every 5 years in whichever specialty area they are certified.
