To troubleshoot the poor streaming quality on the App, start with checking your Internet connection.
If your connection is strong, you can try turning Airplane Mode on and off.
iPhone Users: On an iPhone, slide up the control panel from the bottom of your phone and tap the airplane icon to turn it on and then turn it off.
Android Users:
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel.
Look for the Airplane mode icon (If you don't see it, you might need to swipe to the side to access more icons.) Tap it to turn it on and then turn it off.
If the issue remains, we would suggest restarting your device.
