Lawline will provide full refunds requested within seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase date unless courses have been completed and a certificate of Continuing Education credit has been generated. Once credit has been claimed, the course can no longer be refunded. After the seventy-two (72) hour period, refunds cannot be processed, however, exchanges or substitutions will be provided when deemed necessary by a customer support agent.
To cancel a registration to a live event, please email a cancellation request to email@example.com. All requests must be received at least 48 hours before the course date. Registrants who are "no-shows" for an event will not qualify for a refund. In lieu of canceling a registration, a registrant may apply course value to another course.
