Do Lawline Webcasts Count Towards the Live Requirement in Tennessee?

The Supreme Court of Tennessee has lifted their distance learning cap! Effective 11/1/2022, Tennessee attorneys can now complete their full CLE requirements through any combination of on demand, webcast, or in-person CLE events. There is no longer a limit on the number of credits attorneys can earn through distance learning.
