If a team member forgets their password or can’t log in, you can send them a reset email directly from your Team Admin dashboard.
How to Reset a Password
Go to the Me menu and select Team Admin.
Find the user in your team list.
Click the three dots to the right of their name.
Select Reset Password.
The user will automatically receive an email from Lawline with a link to create a new password. Once they reset it, they can log in and resume using their account.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the user did not receive the password reset email:
Ask the user to check their spam or promotions folder
You can also direct them to the Lawline Login Page and have them click Forgot Password to request a reset themselves.
