Are Lawline On Demand Courses Considered Self Study CLE In Arizona?

No, Lawline's On Demand courses are considered Interactive CLE in Arizona, and are not subject to the 5-credit maximum per cycle. The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE programs and leaves it up to the individual attorney to determine if a CLE program is appropriate based on the MCLE guidelines, but because our programs provide ways for viewers to submit questions to the presenters, they fall under the Interactive CLE umbrella.
