Yes, On Demand Video or Audio courses in OH are considered Self-Study CLE.

2023 Rule Change: The Supreme Court of Ohio has permanently lifted  the CLE self-study caps for attorneys. Effective January 1, 2023, attorneys are allowed to complete their entire biennial CLE requirements through any combination of on demand, webcast, or in-person CLE events. There is no longer a limit on the number of credits attorneys can earn through distance learning.
