How Do I Get Credit for an On Demand Course?

At the conclusion of an On Demand course, the system will automatically detect when you’ve completed the program. Once the course has finished playing, your Certificate of Completion will be automatically issued, no need to manually confirm that you’ve watched the entire video.

To ensure the system can verify your participation and issue credit, please make sure to select each established checkpoint that appears throughout the course. These brief prompts confirm your active attendance and are required for credit verification.

At the end of the program, you’ll see a prompt on the screen to View Certificates once the program ends. You can click this option to access your certificate immediately.

Alternatively, you can view all your certificates at any time by:

1. Navigating to the Me menu in the top right corner of the site.

2. Selecting Certificates from the dropdown list.

At the end of the course, you’ll also have the option to fill out a brief evaluation about your experience. While this is not required to receive your certificate, we encourage you to share your feedback to help us improve future courses.
