How Do I Get Credit for a Live Webcast?

At the conclusion of a Live Webcast, the system will automatically detect when you’ve attended the full session. Once the program ends, your Certificate of Completion will be issued automatically, there’s no need to manually confirm attendance or complete additional steps.

After the webcast, you’ll see a prompt to View Certificates directly on your screen. You can click this option to access your certificate right away.

You can also find your certificates anytime by:

1. Going to the Me menu in the upper-right corner of the site.

2. Selecting Certificates from the dropdown list.

Your certificate will automatically appear there once the webcast has concluded.

**Note for New York Attorneys: To receive CLE credit for Live Webcasts, New York attorneys are required to confirm attendance with random a checkpoint(s) displayed during the program. Please make sure to select this when it appears to ensure your participation is verified.

At the end of the webcast, you’ll have the opportunity to fill out a brief evaluation about your experience. This step is optional but highly encouraged to help us improve our programs.
