If you would like to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to the Me menu in the top right corner of your screen and click Billing
3. Check the Plan status on the Billing page. If your status is active, this means auto-renewal is active on your account. Click "Cancel Subscription" to continue with the auto-renewal cancellation.
If your status shows as inactive, auto-renewal is not enabled and your subscription will expire at the date listed and will not renew.
During the cancellation process, you'll be prompted to select a reason for cancelling. After you select your reason, click the 'Finish Cancellation' button as shown below.
Once you have cancelled automatic renewal, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records.
Note: You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current term, but will not be renewed (charged) at the end of your term.
