If you would like to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to the Me menu in the top right corner of your screen and click Billing
3. Check the Plan status on the Billing page. If your status is active, this means auto-renewal is active on your account. Click "Cancel Subscription" to continue with the auto-renewal cancellation.
If your status shows as inactive, auto-renewal is not enabled and your subscription will expire at the date listed and will not renew.
4. Follow the prompts to continue.
5. During the cancellation process, you'll be prompted to select a reason for cancelling. After you select your reason, click the 'Finish Cancellation' button as shown below.
You'll get this confirmation page upon cancellation:
Once you have cancelled the automatic renewal, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records.
Note: You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current term, but will not be renewed (charged) at the end of your term.
Keeping your subscription active locks in your price and maintains your access to our course catalog. If you don't want to lose the ability to watch courses but are looking for a lower-priced option, you can downgrade from the Unlimited subscription to the Basic subscription instead of canceling altogether.
