How Do I Cancel My Lawline Subscription?

To cancel your Lawline subscription, head to the Me menu and select the subscription details option or Billing. 

You'll then be taken to the Billing page.

Once on the Billing page, you'll see the option to cancel your subscription. Select Cancel Subscription to start the cancellation process. 

You'll also see an option to either downgrade or upgrade your account.

During the cancellation process, you'll be prompted to select a reason for cancelling. After you select your reason, click the 'Finish Cancellation' button as shown below.

You'll get this confirmation page upon cancellation:

Once you have cancelled the automatic renewal, you'll also  receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records.

Note: You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current term, but will not be renewed (charged) at the end of your term. 

If you don't want to lose the ability to watch courses but are looking for a lower-priced option, you can downgrade from the Plus subscription to the Essentials subscription instead of canceling altogether.
