Yes! Colorado Newly Admitted Attorneys may complete their entire requirement with Lawline.
Newly admitted attorneys in Colorado must complete 45 CLE credit hours, including at least 7 Professional Responsibility credits, within their first compliance period. The remaining 38 credit hours may be in any other CLE credit category.
PLEASE NOTE: For compliance periods beginning January 1, 2021, and ending December 31, 2023, of the above Professional Responsibility credits:
- At least 5 must be in Ethics or Professionalism
- At least 2 must be in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity
CO attorneys may also use the mandatory course, “Practicing with Professionalism” which is taken before a CO attorney is admitted, toward their first compliance period. This course can satisfy 6 General credits. The credit from this course is valid for 18 months following completion of the course.
