No, Washington D.C. attorneys cannot complete their Newly Admitted requirement with Lawline.
Newly Admitted Attorneys and those who have been inactive for 5 or more years, resigned or been suspended for 5 or more years must complete the D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct and the District of Columbia Practice mandatory course. This course must be completed no later than 12 months after their admission to the D.C. Bar.
The course is a one-day, live, in-person program that is offered only by the D.C. Bar. More information can be found here.
